I’ve filed (2) maintenance requests in December for the same persisting issue and have not received any information from the management or maintenance team notifying me of their plan to resolve. I’ve called the office numerous times to discuss the issue since I’ve received no response in the portal, and have been unable to reach a person. Nor have I received a response to the voicemails I’ve left. Very frustrating.
