i love the peace and quiet here. I truly barely hear my neighbors. There are four pools and our state of the art recreation center and indoor tennis courts would rival any apartment complex in all of nashville

I am really enjoying living at the Annaline! My apartment is spacious and was absolutely spotless on move in day, better than I could have expected!!! The gym and tennis courts are immaculate and enjoyable. The staff is friendly and helpful, communication has been easy! I would definitely recommend the Annaline to anyone looking to live closer to Nashville!

Overall it's what I expected for the price point. Yes, there are some cars being work on in the parking lot, or late night music from other units, but it's not a pricy place downtown. It's an affordable place that does a pretty good job staying presentable. The Annaline team have been nothing but amazing the entire time. They have a really great team and the maintenance request are handled very quickly.
I'm very happy with my decision to move here.
