Great community

Touring the community and looking for my first apartment. Timber Ridge employees were sweet and the environment was clean you can definitely tell the property is being taken care of.

Would recommend

Anytime I have ever had a problem they have always been on top of it. The office management is very friendly and attentive and so are the maintenance people.

Not too shabby

My husband and I have lived here for over a year and just re-signed our lease, when we moved in this place was kind of a disaster..the building was falling apart and some stuff wasn’t working but over the last year the wonderful office ladies and maintenance team have gone above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and have also done A LOT of beautiful improvements to the property. I moved here from SD very afraid of something new and Timber Ridge gave us a home and friends and I... am forever grateful that this was my first home in Texas

Horrible apartment complex

Place is horrible. Apartment was dirty when we moved in and they charged us ALOT when we moved out to clean it. Air conditioner only worked part of the time.
The rent/fees went up every month and never went back down. Made us pay with a credit card then charged us their CC fees which is normally part of a companies overhead.
Would NOT recommend this facility or company. On a scale of 1 - 5 I would rate a -5.
