How Is This Rating Determined?

Excellent Maintenance and Nice Property

I have lived here for 6 months. Every time I have a maintenance call they answer quickly and make sure the problem is fixed. It is always clean, especially in the common spaces. There is zumba classes weekly (tho I dont participate) so the complex has a good community.

You cannot hear other neighbors from inside your apartment because the walls are cinderblock. It is very quiet, I have no complaints.

Parking doesn't matter.

Answering service is awful. And if you pay for parking, don't expect anyone's car to be towed for parking there. Basically just don't pay for parking because these apartments don't take it seriously anyways.

Bad Apartments with Bad Business Practices

I had the most unpleasant stay with these apartments. Would not recommend.

Best in Amarillo!

The office staff is so kind and the premises are kept clean! I've never seen a bug or spider in my apartment. I always feel SAFE here. Everyone is always friendly too.
