We do need an upgrade. It's just some things that they can do to make living here great. I've been here 4 years I feel they should go around and see what needs to be done in our apartment. The building needs to be power washed. The staff is great. I enjoyed living here.

It could be better, and changes need to be made. Like my apartment wasn't repainted or cleaned before I moved in. Eventually I will be moving, just here for the time being

Maintenance is fast and friendly.
Wish there was security for loud weekends when office is closed.
Office staff is nice.

Haven’t had any major issues, staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The biggest issues I’ve had is with the neighbors and residents for being noisy & stealing packages.
