One of the first to move in. Nice clean neighborhood. The amenities are great. Waiting for the fire pit to be placed by the pool area for warm winter nights

I recently had the pleasure of living at Ascend, and my experience was outstanding. The location is convenient, with easy access to shops, and parks, making daily errands a breeze. The management team is responsive and genuinely cares about residents, addressing any concerns promptly.
The amenities are impressive; the gym is well-equipped, and the common areas are clean and inviting. I particularly enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and made it easy to connect with neighbours.
The apartment... itself is spacious and well-designed, featuring modern finishes and plenty of natural light. Noise levels are minimal, ensuring a peaceful living environment.
Overall, ascend offers a great balance of comfort, convenience, and community. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming place to call home!
