Everything is broke all the time. The entry doors are suppose to be secure yet every fob on every door is broken, and has been for months. Anyone can and does walk in. Packages are stolen daily. Reporting to the management gets you no help. What you see at the tour is not what you will see when problems start appearing and trust me there are problems. You pay for security yet they do not care to fix anything in a timely manner. Now the mail is being stolen as someone must have a master... key! Cars getting broken into as the security gate is broken more times than it works. Rat problems. I will not be leasing again after my 12 month contract ends.

I looked you up in our system to attempt to reach out to your directly, but we have no record of a Mary W. residing in the community. We highly recommend having all packages delivered by Fetch, who we have been partnered with for 2 years... now to ensure a safe and timely delivery. Additionally, we installed a code lock to the mailroom 2 months ago to make sure only our residents and mail carrier have access to the area. Any rodent issues within the community have been resolved by professional contractors, and we are very satisfied with the results.
