Hallways are dirty, bad changes- fetch. Charge you for dumb stuff- trashcans outside after valet trash. Inconsiderate of residence- painting garage making you move your car twice or you get towed. Inconsistent- I have been told for YEARS they are changing to no assigned parking spots when I ask to move my spot to the floor I live on. They just have no idea what is going on and do not care at all about their residence. For example they have “free coffee bar” in the office but the office doesn’t... open till 10…

Hello, and thank you for your feedback! Our community implemented Fetch to reduce the number of couriers entering the buildings, as package lockers were not being properly utilized. We have clear trash guidelines to keep our community clean, as it’s... important to maintain tidy hallways for everyone’s enjoyment. Recently, we asked residents to temporarily move their vehicles to restripe the parking garages, providing ample notice for this project. While our parking has been assigned since we took over, this will be changing soon, which was a big reason for the restriping. The change will better serve our residents. We understand that having 24-hour access to the coffee station would be convenient, and we appreciate how valued this amenity is among residents. Currently, it’s available during business hours to ensure that it remains well-maintained and fully stocked. We hope you understand that these improvements are designed to maintain a clean, presentable community that residents can be proud of.
