Cortland River Place Apartments

I took a big risk and leased my apartment while still living overseas, so I never had the opportunity to visit beforehand. I could not be happier with how it turned out. The apartment is gorgeous and if I need anything at all, maintenance usually shows up within an hour or two. Once I sent my request through the property app and then got up to get some coffee; before I even finished stirring it, they were at my door.

The office staff is BEYOND friendly and helpful as well. They are constantly... going above and beyond to create small events for the community and pick delicious food trucks to visit each week. The moment you walk in the door of the office, they are ready to jump into action.

The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The common areas offer a range of ways to congregate outside on beautiful days.

My experience living at Cortland River Place began with a tour that made me feel so comfortable. That feeling followed me through choosing an apartment and moving in. I have decided that a home that offers peace of mind and comfort is an incredible thing. The staff are all professional and friendly. They go the extra mile to make living here the best it can be.

I just moved here recently and I’m already loving it, my unit is nice, leasing staff is amazing especially Tyler and Carmen. I hope they continue to maintain the cleanliness of this apartment complex. That’s how it shows they care about their residents.
