Awesome experience

We recently stayed with family members who live inside this complex. We were very impressed with the apartment layout and quality of fixtures and flooring. This was a very quite complex. The staff was very informative of the area attractions and immunities of the complex.

Best Customer Service

When I walked in through the front door I was greeted with a warm smile from Carmen. She was very excited to help me find my new home. On the tour he was very knowledgeable of the community and really showed me all it had to offer. Because of her Cortland River Place is now home.

Home Sweet Home

I took a big risk and leased my apartment while still living overseas, so I never had the opportunity to visit beforehand. I could not be happier with how it turned out. The apartment is gorgeous and if I need anything at all, maintenance usually shows up within an hour or two. Once I sent my request through the property app and then got up to get some coffee; before I even finished stirring it, they were at my door.

The office staff is BEYOND friendly and helpful as well. They are constantly... going above and beyond to create small events for the community and pick delicious food trucks to visit each week. The moment you walk in the door of the office, they are ready to jump into action.

The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The common areas offer a range of ways to congregate outside on beautiful days.

I never feel like I am living in a cookie-cutter box style apartment with the lovely arched doorways, unique layouts, peek through fireplace, updated appliances and surfaces. It feels like a home in every sense of the word.
