Folio Apartments

I’ve lived here for six months, and it’s been a great experience. The complex is in a fantastic location, with plenty of trees that make it feel peaceful and secluded despite being close to everything I need. The management team is genuinely helpful and responsive, which isn’t always easy to find. They also made the process of adding my dog to my emotional support animal file completely hassle free. Living here has been my best and most favorite experience in all my apartments. I love the new paint job! This property is so clean and well maintained. It is calm and quiet here and you can tell that everyone is happy to be here. Maintenance is fast to respond and does great work, leaves no mess behind. The office staff is efficient, friendly, and quick to answer any questions. Thanks for making home such a great place to come back to.
