Pretty Good!
We've lived in the "Crockett" building for almost a year now. Overall I think this is a good place to live, when we moved in the units were just renovated so everything was stylish and lovely. It's definitely a "just paint over it" type place however. Interesting thing to note is that the granite in the kitchen and the bathroom isn't sealed so if you put down something wet the counter absorbs it and turns darker. It goes away, but I think that anyone other than the first person who lives there... will have dirty countertops as they weren't sealed to last. Maintenance is always timely and on top of things, but management lately has been in flux. There's been some issues with leasing agents not being able to find packages until you really really press and then magically they appear! Pools are tiny and not well maintained and our building "Crockett" sits on a coul- de- sac directly next to a car shop that is frequently playing loud music and is open late into the night. There's a lot of interesting folks hanging around and we've had to the police pounding on neighbors' doors several times. I don't feel safe jogging or taking a walk which is a huge bummer.
Bottom line: The inside of the apartment is very nice for the price point, but the neighborhood and neighbors don't feel very safe. The outdoor stairs are also on their last leg with eroded metal.
