Great staff, location, amenities, apartment layout. Buildings are old and have a lot of issues. Area can make it a target for crimes like catalytic converter theft.

It takes two weeks for the maintenance person to come to my apartment to fix things after I pushed the lease manager. Dogs not on leash and some neighbors make laud noise.

Overall I love the Estate!!! I’ve been here 13 months and aside from small fixer upper issues, my experience has been HOME feeling the whole entire time. Quiet property, great staff, good neighborhood, CLEAN community and I feel very safe.
You can tell it is an older complex but that does provide more room than other properties that you can consider affordable in this convenient area! Located by the domain and and arboretum in North Austin. The Estate is a gated community nicely nestled between... two very busy areas but somehow stays a safe haven and away from the chaos that most renters worry about.
I’m proud to call the Estate Home and would happily recommend it for any single female’s/males, families, seniors and the young generation as well.
If you are potentially considering the Estate, take this review as a sign to do so. I’m sure everyone has had different experiences but I just renewed and will more than likely stay until I become a homeowner

My time at estate so far has been wonderful. The staff is kind and prompt, the homes are lovely (especially the remodeled ones) and the amenities are great. I especially love the walking/running trail.
