Find somewhere else
I was quite disappointed by my interactions with the ladies working in the front office. Despite their friendly demeanor and warm smiles, it became clear that they fell short of providing efficient service.
Firstly, there were instances where misinformation or exaggerations seemed to be common among them. For example, when I asked about the availability of parking spots in our building, one staff member assured me that we would not have any issues finding a spot for my vehicle. To my surprise,... however, I found myself struggling every day to find a decent place near the entrance due to limited spaces available. This made me question if there was some level of dishonesty or perhaps just an oversight on their part.
In addition, when requesting maintenance assistance for an ongoing issue with the plumbing in my unit, I was met with delays and lack of responsiveness from the ladies at the front office. Despite their reassurance that a technician would visit soon to resolve the problem, it took longer than expected, leaving me without proper facilities for several days.
Their overall attitude seemed indifferent or even somewhat dismissive, as if they were only doing enough to get by rather than providing attentive and personalized assistance. This lack of concern was apparent not just in their interactions with residents but also towards potential new tenants who visited the office seeking information about vacancies.
Their unreliable communication, apparent dishonesty or oversight in conveying accurate information, and seemingly indifferent attitude towards addressing resident concerns contributed to an overall dissatisfactory service experience.
If you are looking, in all honesty; look elsewhere!
