I absolutely hate living here, there are always issues that are ignored and the communication is horrible unless it's advertising some event

I’ve lived here almost three years and really love the neighborhood. All issues are addressed quickly and haven’t had problems. This is a big complex but people are respectful!

Love it here. The staff and amenities are awesome. The gym is nice and the pool is amazing. Always have cool events and stuff, and good location!

I moved in a week ago. Generally everything is acceptable so far, but my apartment was not ready for move in despite being vacant for quite some time before.

My washing machine was not, and still has not been installed. My refrigerator water despensor doesn't work. My primary toilet runs and has a busted toilet seat. Finally, it appears that my unit was not cleaned before I moved in. The stove was quite dirty, and there was an empty Pepsi can in my laundry closet.

The location is really the best, it is so easy to pop downtown, walk over to SoCo or Lamar, or head down to Sunset Valley. All the restaurants and bars are nearby, but we love being tucked into our own community, all while never having to take the nightmare that is I-35!
