I love my place!

I moved back in after trying a different place for 1 year. I really do like my apartment. This place has always been good to me. The move in process is smooth. I've had no issues so far.

Neglectful

I lived here for a year and it was probably one of the most frustrating years I’ve had in a while. I lived in the apartment with mold on my ceiling, when I told the office(on multiple occasions) they laughed it off and ignored my concern each time. Finally 4 months after first reporting it then they fixed it. There was a leak in the ceiling and it was routed to the fireplace and the storage closet. They never truly resolved the leak in the roof either.

Shadow Oaks Apartments

Very good place to live. The interior is nice, slightly out of date, grounds are very nice. Perfect place for a dog.

Great Staff and Affordable Living

Shadow Oaks was my first apartment after college. It was the only place I could find that was in my budget and was in a clean and safe neighborhood. The office staff was always very helpful and maintenance was always done quickly. The apartments are a bit older but still clean and kept in good condition. There's a huge open dog park as well and the pool area is great for lounging!

Overall, this is a great place for the cost of rent and its close proximity to the city.
