very Peaceful

This community is very Quiet and peaceful. I just can't say enough about the Ladies in the leasing office they are very kind and worked with me to get me and my family in our new apartment . These Ladies helped me get into my apartment in a little under a week. I also like to mention that we also had a welcoming gift of spaghetti and cute kitchen towels and strainer . Thank you so much Vallen Delarosa ,Miss Wesley, and Miss Angie .We really ... enjoyed our first family dinner in our new apartment.
Thank you,
Margarita Munoz, Ramon Natividad , and Kids

Don't do it!

When we first looked at moving here the staff was exceptionally nice however once we signed our lease we found out this was a huge mistake. On top of rent, residents must now pay to use the weight room, the water is out at least a minimum of once a week if not more. We've been into the office to pay our rent only to walk into the office staff conversing about residents personal business and of course adding their opinions. The part that shocked us was a phone call came in and the staff person... actually looked at the caller I.D. and not one of them would answer it because they didn't want to talk to that particular person but let it be rent time they are quick to be knocking on doors. It seems every month there's an additional charge for something posted on our doors. The rent is going up $200 and they've done absolutely nothing to improve the apartments. It is NOT "community living" as they sell it, it is a bait you in and screw you over. This was the worst place we've ever been. We cannot even give the office staff 1 star. The maintenance team is extremely nice and helpful with all of us.

No water

This place is horrible! The property management team have sense of common courtesy. They do not tell you when the utilities will be shut of for any period of time. I've been here around 5 months and in this time, our water has been shut off several times. And if that's not bad enough, the water completely has been shut off with no notice whatsoever. In I tenses like this, it should be manditory to notify tenants of this inconvenience IMMEDIATLEY, instead I've had to call in to find out what's... going on. Pest control is another major issue. It's should be calledRoach Motel. As you may have noticed, I am upset. Not because the apt complex has issues, because that will happen without control to a certain extent. It's the fact that the office staff and property management company has no need to be imperative in communication with their tenants. And that is bad. I have twins and a toddler and having running water is an absolute necessity, as communication is. My rating is NOT a full star.

Love it!

I moved in about 5 months ago and up to this point it has been a great place to live! The entire staff is always willing to go above and beyond. Very satisfied!!

Feeling Lucky?

I've lived in two different units at Nichols Square. In the first; I had a leak in the bathroom ceiling that flooded the apartment. It took 2 days to clean up the water. After about 2 weeks the ceiling was patched and repainted. A month later it flooded again. This time; the ceiling damage was covered with cardboard. There was never a permanent fix attempted. The second unit had a 1 1/2 inch gap at the bottom of the front door. Until I finally got fed up and moved, I shared the apartment with... assorted insects and reptiles that happened to crawl in whenever they wanted.

The neighbors were very friendly but apparently unemployed. They entertained well into the morning. I regularly shut them down during the week after 1 AM. Some of the parents in my building would come up to me during the week to thank me but no one else ever spoke up about the commotion.

The complex face lift was welcomed. Many of the upgrades were beyond cosmetic. The parking lot still needs some work but the damaged sidewalks have been fixed.
