How Is This Rating Determined?

Does not cover utilities

If you’re looking to the one bedrooms listed for $700 please keep in mind you’ll actually be paying $900. They do not cover any utilities what so ever . I doing this review because housing is extremely hard to find for singles under 30 so please don’t fall into false hope . At this point it’s cheaper to move to Houston than to live in Beaumont.

For the majority of apartment communities we manage, only base rent is displayed online... , since additional utilities and fees can vary based on usage in each individual home.
