False advertising
Where do I begin, 1st off don't believe the advertised cost, My wife and I rented online because we lived in Tennessee and relocated here for family medical problems. They are under a new management company and things are bad. The 2br townhouse we rented is like the original 1970's the cabinets are old and worn and they will cut you from the hardware that is used. The toilets must be the original ones because they are almost worthless. In the last 2 months we received 4 electricity bills costing... in excess of 500.00. When I complained they told me that the other management co was under billing us and they needed to recoup that money. The appliances are old and barely work, the counter tops are seperating from the wood, I imagine original 1970's countertop. The lady at the office is rude, the flooring is vinyl and seperating all over the floor. Please beware before renting here prices are more than double what they are worth. I can't wait to get out of here and move back to Tennessee. This month Feb 2022 electric bill is more than double any other month since we have been here, more than a year
