The staff here is so nice and welcoming…I had quite a few questions the day of move in and ALL were answered with a smile….the building I’m in so nice and quiet and I can’t wait to see the finish project with pool….access to a gym onsite is AMAZING and very convenient….so glad I chose to be a resident here and have enjoyed my experiences thus far

I love the neighborhood, nice and quite nice view and everything is within 10 minutes drive. Quiet access to major highways. My best part is the new apartment feeling.

Incredibly bad management. They overcharged me for the pet rent (I have an ESA and was charged pet rent since I moved in somehow), there are constant contradictions between management and the Leasing Property Manager. Today, Vanessa the property manager double charged me for the PooPrints registration, and rather than admit her mistake, retrace steps, talk to the employee that assisted me, etc, they told me to prove that I had already paid or they would be keeping my money. I was then ridiculed... by another worker who told me “There’s no need to get upset over just $50.” These people are not trustworthy and do not have their crap together - There are 4 other, new, modern apartments who offer the same leasing specials or better, I would save yourself the headache and choose somewhere else.

Very clean. I love the elevator and the fitness room. The office staff was very friendly and very informative. Parking lot is big. I can pay my bills online.

The apartment is beautiful, cozy and spacious. Although is construction going on, I still enjoy some quiet and peacefulness during the day. Im working from home. The community is lovely and very well located with many restaurants to visit.
