Trash Staff and Burglaries

My car has been broken into twice and the garage broken into in 6 months of living here. Car stolen within 4 days. Staff doesnt care about you and wont install cameras. Coackroaches, lax instect help. Worst place I have ever lived. Roselyn is a terrible manager

Mr. James Mondragon

Its like checking into a luxury hotel never having to check out .Beautiful club house, workout gym and fantastic swimming pools. The grounds are maintained like August National Golf Couse. The biggest thing is the quietness and beauty. The staff is great......

Park at Lakeline

I was tired of feeling discombobulated while living alone in an expensive box of an apartment, where nobody greeted me and made me feel as though I was living on an island. I was miserable for two years! Here at The Park at Lakeline in Cedar Park, Texas, I feel as though I'm part of a thriving community. My next door neighbor knows my name! The young lady across the hall is also charming, as is her dog! I can walk to a movie theater, a grocery store and Starbucks! In addition, I was... impressed from the out set by the office staff. They are caring, responsive and have a "can do" attitude. This is a wonderful place to live.

Pretty Good - Room for Improvement

This apartment has almost everything I was looking for. Granite counter tops, "wood" floors, minimal carpet, quiet area, gated community, beautiful pool area, very near to shopping and the highway, but far enough away to escape the smell/sounds of a major roadway..... I could definitely go on. I only have 2 complaints. 1. Very small parking spots! I love living here, but just be very careful with your car as mine's been scratched/swiped (minimal paint transfer) twice in 3 months. I drive a Fit... , so my little car doesn't take up much room to begin with. And 2. My kitchen sink has no pressure washer, which is completely livable. The Maintenance staff is very efficient and takes care of any requests you put in within a day or two, and everyone is very friendly... I get a "good morning" and a waive every day on my way to work from the Maintenance guys. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my apartment!
