Rude Management

We signed on for another year, and after that it’s been horrible…we were fined $250 for not picking up our dogs poop in the dog park…a dog park where there is consistently poo everywhere and grass high enough to cover most poo, and the only reason I didn’t pick it up is because for the past year there has been poop everywhere in that dog park, and after we complained…nothing was done…then to call and talk about the lease violation…they HUNG UP on me, Don’t live here, horrible customer service... and HIGH FEES

Ok but would not recommend

I lived at Caprock Crossing for 2 years and would not recommend this apartment. First, there are a lot of owners with dogs who do not pick up after their pets. When I moved in, I was required to sign up and pay $50 for a system that was supposed to check poop not picked up with your dogs dna and then charge the owner. It was a nice idea but clearly never implemented given how much poop is lying around. Second, they charge you for everything. When I moved out, I was required to schedule and pay... for a carpet cleaner and provide the receipt to management as proof. They also charged me $90 to paint the walls. I’ve lived at many apartments in the past and never have I been charged for either. They also started charging a $90 per month maintenance fee (think HOA). Just keep that in mind when you are determining your monthly cost! I also had an issue with my water heater over flowing, leaking, and damaging my belongings. I submitted a maintenance request as soon as I noticed water on the floor but they didn’t do anything about it. 2 weeks later, it spread and there was mold everywhere. Lastly, they are constantly doing fire alarms test, quarterly inspections, window cleanings where they have to enter your apartment…it’s a little intrusive. I stayed only because I was in school for a short time and didn’t want the hassle of moving.

Poor Management - PAY, PAY, PAY & don’t care.

Poor management, Broken garage door for 4 months! My family moved here when it was first built in 2020. They changed management last year. I added a garage to my lease in January 2023 for my truck. The door was broken when I first opened it and the automatic door opener buckled the door on the roof of my truck when trying to close. We put in 4 requests to repair it and each time the Jerry-Rig didn't fix the problem. Management won't refund me or move me to a new garage. We've paid out $600 the... past 4 months for a garage we could never park in!

Manager said, "we do not give refunds or credit", and they would not remove it from our lease!

PAY, PAY, PAY and BTW, we don't care. Just know what you're you getting into if you wanna move here (CAPROCK CROSSINGS, College Station)

Stuck tenant frustrated with uncaring manager.

Nothing positive to say.

There is nothing less luxurious about this place. The only positive it that it's new. Every chance they get, they nickel and dime you. They force a Poo Prints for your dog but no one cleans up the dog poop to test it so you'll step in poop in every grassy area. Usually, you get 4-5 days to pay your rent. NOPE! Not this place! You get 2 days AND they won't give you access to actually pay it until the first! So, by morning of the 3rd you got a late fee!

Seriously, DON'T MOVE HERE!! You can...
find a better place for cheaper, I'll guarantee it!

Poor Management and Construction Quality

The building is built with extremely cheap materials and has poor quality. Management does not help you with your issues, despite promises they make to get you out of the leasing office! :)
