How Is This Rating Determined?

No families

Parking is issue here. All extra parking spots are always occupied. My unit smelled bad on first day I am still trying to make manager understand that there is something called as deep cleaning. Blinds are old. Internet providers names are strange. No Verizon, att and fibre connections here so be careful before booking that you have to be on long calls with local provider who mostly don’t know anything about internet :)

Worst place to live

This place will tell you one thing then end up charging you for extra services. You cannot trust what you are getting with this place. We were showed pictures and told one thing to move into something different. Look elsewhere. Run from this place.

Future resident

I have had a lot of experience with leasing apartments. My goal has been to live a 100% maintenance free lifestyle. I met Jessica a couple of months ago when I visited the complex. I was so pleased with her reception of me and my million questions. As I continued to visit and ask questions she consistently treated me with patience, transparency and has been accommodating beyond basic service. My decision to make Alys my next home can be attributed to the personal attention from staff and the... many amenities this community provides. Thank you Jessica.
