Wonderful team!!
I had such a wonderful experience at Copper Ridge! A lot of that is thanks to kylie in the front. She was able to answer all my questions and made me excited to live there!!!

My experience at Copper Ridge has been pleasant. The atmosphere is peaceful and the maintenance team responds quickly to concerns that arise. Every so often the office team lets us know about food trucks coming in, booths that will come for a shopping experience without having to leave the apartments, we have the sparkling pool,a private like gym, musicians that will perform at our pool, we can get free gift cards, we have spacious apartments, a free coffee bar access, and different things we... can create depending on what the office is holding that month. The only thing that is sometimes frustrating is when some of the things that are offered by the office are already gone if you work certain hours, like the tamales at Christmas or other things throughout the year. We have pest control people and there is supposedly trash valet. The trahs valet employees only choose to work a day here or there. The pesticide control do the most minimal to prevent pests. I am glad I have baking soda.

Overall I feel pretty safe here. My only complaints would be that the apartments are pretty outdated and certain buildings have plumbing issues. Other than that, it’s not too bad.
