Very expensive apartments with few amenities and few parking spaces.

Since I moved, it has been the worst experience of my life. We found fleas and cockroaches in the apartment. Water falls from the ceiling in the bathroom and there is fungus. The administration says that out of "courtesy" they sent someone to fumigate when it is their responsibility. They also sent a statement that they are breaking the windows of the cars and stealing the belongings, this place is not safe. I have been living here for a month and I regret it.

Slow maintenance response and something is always broken. Running water - maybe, hot water - sometimes, low water pressure - always, bugs, good luck with parking (even reserved). Carpets are sticky with holes worn in them. Can't cook without smoke alarm going off. A/C drains on your head in the shower. Do yourself a favor and keep on looking!

If you like hot water or water at all then this is not the place for you. The boiler system is beyond repair and the fact that they use PVC pipes isn't helping either. Blaming it on the recent cold weather is simply an excuse. This has been a problem for years as clearly stated in many other reviews. The so called management suggested to get water out of the pool to flush toilets during 15 days without water. To add insult to injury they charge you for water during that time. We were lucky to... find a much nice place and paid dearly to get out of our lease. Now they make us chase our return deposit.
