New Mgmt BOTCHING Amenities!!

I enjoy living here, but if u might want to read this before you move. The amenities offered here are great, and come with a high monthly fee. Here is the current status of amenities at Tuscana Bay:
-
-The Business Center was closed down a year ago
-Fitness Center has only 2 working cardio machines, the other 2 are broken.
-Both Gas Grills by the pool are broken.
-Recycling? This place does not offer recycling.
-All trash is self-haul to the new Dumpster, which is so huge that it is impossible... for anyone under about 6'3" to open the lid. Which they keep closed.
-THEY LET ANYONE AND EVERYONE SHOW UP TO PARTY AT THE POOL ON WEEKENDS.
I was told by the girl in the office this is because 'it's not like they would listen if I told them to leave.'

Tuscana Bay

Very lovely place to live at. Management is amazing, professional, and very helpful for all questions and needs. The complex is very well kept up with. The amenities that come along with living here are a great bonus!

Beautiful Property/Friendly Staff

Tuscana Bay is one the best kept apartments in Corpus Christi! Anytime I have interacted with the staff I have had the most pleasant experience. This is such an amazing property to live at!

Unhappy tenant

Management does nothing to stop noisy tenants.We cant even sleep in ours many nights. Trash people live upstairs and bang on the floors handrails at night 11 pm to 12. Management does nothing. Moving Asap

We to this location in May 2014, it was opened March 2014.
Nice ,clean and affordable apartments along
With time need was slim. Management was very helpful and accommodating.
Complex has continued to be keeper up and is dog friendly
