Carrington at Barker Cypress Apartments

We just moved into this community and are very pleased with the apartment and service of office personnel. Looking forward to have a pleasant stay overhere.

Very quiet and nice I’ve been here since February 2024 and had no problems.

It’s generally a great place to live. I’ve been here 8 yrs and calling it home. Everyone is very friendly and professional.

I had one really bad experience but it does not define my entire experience. Nowhere is perfect, the kind staff makes up for the areas of opportunity. I would still recommend people at certain stages of life to move here.

To start off, the staff were great in the beginning when I asked about the property and renting. The place overall looked nice and the rooms were affordable. On the very first day of sleeping here, my car’s wheels and tires were stolen. When I first noticed it, I went straight to the front office to ask questions and to see they had surveillance. At first they seemed worried but no action was taken on their end. I asked for their help to see the cameras but they said they are only allowed to... share with the police. I called made and report with the police and insurance. 2 and half hours later, I asked if they were able to locate or find anything but they did not help or bother to check at all.
