This is not for marketing: I suspect that the person somewhere above me is pouring the broth of their home-cooked chicken or turkey off the balcony because it is not wise to pour it down the drain. While I appreciate that, it pours onto my balcony without warning. This is the third time -- that I know of -- that this has happened. I have no way to wash it away. Once it congeals, I hesitate to walk onto my balcony because it will stick to my shoes. Please educate residents on proper way to... dispose of broth. Other than this annoying issue, I have enjoyed living at Glass House. Thank you.

I love my place I call home. Everyone here makes you feel special and Hamilton and Jonathan go above and beyond when completing a maintenance request. All the staff at the Glasshouse are literally the best.
