The room is okay management seems incompetent
I will just go ahead and post the things I’ve been waiting on a response from at the time of this post.
Following the several instances of strangers using their master key to enter ( they gave us less than a 15 minute heads up via email at 8:30am one time of people coming into our units!) the most frustrating being where maintenance keyed into my home, only to realize they were in the wrong unit AFTER entering, I told them it was the wrong unit while they’re in my home. I asked to get an... internal deadbolt as well as any way to look through my door ( like a peephole) as I have neither. This was met with silence.
About a month later I was double charged for a utility, they elected to double down by emailing me about it, when I asked for clarification and challenged this I was met with more silence.
I had a fun one too where a guest was at my apartment less than 2 hours and had his car towed, that one can be argued as my fault, but I also don’t own a car myself, so one unit one car is all I was using it was across a holiday, be reasonable.
Currently there are 2 voicemails on the emergency line from well over 8 hours ago. Nothing.
I do work remotely and remote support is an aspect of my job, I was actively on call myself while getting ignored by them, I’d be fired if I ran the after hours line like this!
