I am being transferred to El Paso. I had only this weekend to find a place to live. I found out very quickly that there were only a hand full of apartment complexes that were open on Saturdays. I visited this complex because this web page said they were open. When I arrived at the complex the sign on the front of building said they were open. I tried to enter and to my dismay the door was locked. On window was letter that said they were only showing apartments by appointment. If they had stated... that on this web page I would've made an appointment. How ever I did find a competitor who was open and I rented an apartment from them. So much for customer service. If this is how they treat potential customers, imagine what it will be like once you are locked into a 12 month agreement. I understand the concerns about the virus. How ever it is not very hard to update a web page with accurate information
