Peace of mind

I have zero complaints living here. Maintenance is always efficient and available. Front staff always communicates everything perfectly. The walkways and roads are always clean and the landscaping is on point all year round. This community is very quiet and peaceful.

Very attentive

Maintenance is very prompt and courteous. The managment is very helpful and answers all questions to the best of their ability. My family and I enjoy living here!

I love these apartments.

I have nothing bad to say about living here. Staff goes above and beyond, customer service is 10/10, maintenance is attentive in a timely manner, its located in a great area, I will definitely be re-newing our lease.

Did we make a mistake?

Beautiful outside but the inside is a bit dated. Our biggest issue right now is the AC which is important since we reach the 100s in EP. Cools most of the apartment but the air doesn't blow in the rooms. Maintenance and management didn't find anything wrong and tried to help as much as they can. It's still hot in my room. If anyone is thinking of moving in and is big on the temp in the apartment, just keep that in mind because no one informed us. No hate to management because they tried to... accommodate to our complaints.
