An honest review
This complex continues to go downhill. More and more people are leaving. Management jacked up the price of rent by throwing in a fee for them recieving packages when packages usually show up on your doorstep. Plus, many people had to move because management wanted to renovate and refused to let loyal tenants stay in their apartments... another tactic to jack up the rent. They want this complex to be so high end, yet on any random night you can hear your neighbors blasting their music while you... try to sleep for work the next day. I was a loyal tenant for many years but this place has changed for the worst.

Our goal with the renovations and updates is to enhance the living experience for all... residents, but we do recognize the impact it may have had. The package service fee was implemented to provide added convenience and security, though we understand this change may not have been well-received by everyone.
