DONT RENT HERE

Horrible management company! There isn't enough space to write all the problems we had with our one year ONLY stay there. Even that was way too long. Trashy property with no attempt at making it better. Management allows the residents who break the rules get away with it and those following the rules have to deal with the chaos. Noise is a HUGE issue. So is parking. I got towed from the lot when I had a tag on my car and they still made ME pay for it! Absurd. Do NOT live here or with any other... Cushman Wakefield property. They don't care about their residents. At all.

Poor management

I would rate these apartments 0 stars if it’ll let me. DO NOT MOVE HERE if you appreciate your money and peace of mind.

Firstly, packages get stolen at the door almost everyday. And even when you report the incident to the apartment they greet you with apathy and no resolution. Essentially, all your complaints are not valid to them.

Secondly, the maintenance is slow and shoddy. They take up to a month to respond to a request and when they do, the work is subpar. I recall having to shower in...
an opposite apartment because my water was out and they were powerless to fix it for me. So every morning I had to pack gear, travel to another apartment just to shower. This is such a shame.

Thirdly, there are no parking spots. They coerce you into paying for one only for unscrupulous people to steal your assigned parking spot.

Fourthly, the elevator is a mess. All types of filth and dirt reside in their elevators, I lived here for two years and the elevator was always a mess. In addition, an occupant made it a point of duty to leave dog remains in front of my apartment everyday. I complained about this also, to no avail. This is one of the main reasons I moved to another apartment complex.

In addition, they change their management every other month to deceive unknowing people. And along with the change of management comes more ridiculous rules and fee increases.

Living at Jefferson woodlands is single-handedly the worst mistake of my life. I decided to leave this review so you’re saved from making the same mistake as me.
