Lived here for the past 4 months. Apts. are small but comfortable and place is quiet.

BUUUT, EVERYDAY have encounters with roaches day and night, even after pest control coming in.

Parking is a NIGHTMARE. Contract states no more than 2 vehicles per apt., but there are + than 2 for some apts. and they ALL park their cars, leaving no space for others. And there has been a junked car parked for + than a month taking up a space. Someone should be looking into this.

Great place to live

I have lived in three different units over the years since 1997 and it's staff has always been friendly, efficient and helpful no matter the issue. I always recommend the place to friends and family when they need an apartment in Georgetown.

The Georgetown park community is awesome! The staff is so friendly and always ready to help. This community is conveniently located and has great amenities including laundry and pool to entertain guest!

DO NOT MOVE HERE!

This apartment and management is the worse I’m ever seen. She is so nice when she rents to you and then the lying and hassles begin.

Dirty

Infested with bedbugs and roaches. I couldn't wait any longer for my lease to end, that I stayed with family for the last 3months. We were on the 1st floor, and had several complaints about the unit above leaking to our bathroom. Also, the water heater leaked once soaking up the bedroom carpet. Our AC went out. As we were in the process of moving, someone came in and stole some of our belongings. Come to find out, it was our neighbor. The manager is friendly and helpful but I would not recommend... to anyone I know to stay here.
