Alanza Brook is a well maintained and friendly community. Overall Service is great, right from Leasing office, repair agents. Resident Portal is great for service management.

Very good community with all amenities and security. Visitor Parking space is available.

Great apartment complex. Been living here for 12 years. Safe and clean with a great location to major freeways. Marisol, Luisa, and Emily in the office are an asset to the complex. Maintenance is completed in a timely manner. Jose and the maintenance team do a great job of keeping the pool beautiful and greeting guests. We have the best security officer ever. Neighbors in the complex are friendly, have good character and values, and create a community feel. Great place to call home.

Alanza Brook Apartments is a fantastic place to live, offering spacious floor plans, excellent amenities, and a prime location. The community features a well-maintained swimming pool, a fully equipped fitness center, and a gated entrance for added security. The apartments are modern, with stylish interiors and plenty of natural light.
The management team is responsive and helpful, ensuring that maintenance requests are handled promptly. The neighborhood is convenient, with shopping centers,... restaurants, and entertainment just a short drive away. Parking is generally available, and the overall atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming.

Good place to live. Locality is reachable. Good management. Service management is Good.
Very near by Walmart, Home Depot, Office Depot, Target, Academy etc.
