Arrive Apartments is a great place to live and in a perfect location. Walking distance to many restaurants and businesses. Pool area was recently updated…looks great!

so far so good, only complaint would be the noise level and the fire alarms going off. but the building is clean and they have events for residents every month.

I’ve had a fantastic experience at ARRIVE RIVER OAKS. The staff is friendly and responsive, and the amenities are excellent, including a great pool and gym. The apartments are spacious and modern, and the location is very convenient. Highly recommend!

The community is well-maintained, and the staff is always friendly and attentive to residents’ needs. The amenities are top-notch, and I appreciate the sense of safety and comfort this community provides. It’s such a peaceful and convenient location with everything I need nearby.
