Believe the Reviews

Don’t waste your time or money. For what they charge you can find somewhere better. Rent is extremely overpriced for the living conditions.

They charge fees for everything and refuse to offer credits or refunds when the error is on their end. The Resident portal will glitch and we have to pay for the mess up. Even when brought to staff’s attention they do nothing and tell you to pay. They will literally charge residents for any inconvenience but as residents we just have to live through and...
deal with inconveniences from management and maintenance while we expected to pay full rent on time.

Wow!

My experience at this apartment community has been extremely frustrating. Despite trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, I've encountered numerous issues in my nearly six months of residency. Can you believe I've had to submit nineteen service requests already? What's even more astounding is that half of these were for hot water alone, with the first instance occurring within my first month here. Talk about a less-than-stellar first impression!

Furthermore, another one of the ongoing...
problems I've reported is a continuously running toilet in my master bedroom. Despite being assured in November that it would be replaced, I'm still stuck with the same issue in February. It's incredibly disappointing and frustrating to be promised a resolution and then see no action taken.

As a full-time student juggling two jobs, the lack of hot water is particularly challenging. There have been instances where I've gone without it for over three days, forcing me to resort to boiling water on the stove for basic hygiene needs. It's an incredibly inconvenient and uncomfortable situation to be in.

I've tried addressing these issues with the office, and while they initially seemed willing to help, the lack of progress is disheartening. It's reached a point where it's becoming ridiculous, and I can't ignore the truth in the negative reviews I've read about this community.

Overall, my experience has been far from satisfactory, and I hope that management takes these concerns seriously and works towards resolving them promptly.

It's even more frustrating to note that despite always paying my rent ahead of time, I still face constant inconveniences. Adding insult to injury, my rent is over $100 more, primarily due the water billing. It's a situation that's so absurd, I can't help but laugh to avoid sinking into frustration.

The fact that I'm paying for a service that's consistently unreliable is disheartening. It's clear that the management needs to prioritize fixing these issues rather than burdening residents with additional costs for subpar amenities.

In conclusion, while I maintain a sense of humor to cope with the situation, it's crucial for management to address these concerns promptly and fairly. Residents shouldn't have to endure such inconveniences, especially when they're already paying for a comfortable living environment.

Lying Cheating and Not worth the time

I would not recommend these apartments to my worst enemy. I did not even move in, yet they kept $200.00. I was told by the person in the front office I would receive $100 of it back. I wasn't asking for the whole amount, just what I was promised. Now they don't answer phone calls nor do they reply back to emails. Ruthless, unethical, poor management is how I would describe their office.

Cali Crossing has been under new ownership and management since the end of 2021. In that time we have been undergoing a beautiful interior and exterior renovation. We invite you to come in, see our updates and meet our professional management team!... We are so sorry you had a poor experience prior to us!

Ran Down Apartment

These apartments are poorly maintained on the inside of the units. I have lived here for 2 years, and throughout this time, the ceilings and walls have cracked, roaches have come as a constant, and if you file a request, the company will do the bare minimum just to keep you quiet. Roaches live in the walls and will come through the crackes all throughout the apartment. The cabinets are poorly made and the countertops are just painted on. If I had the means to leave this place, I would have... walked away the first day I moved in. Do not stay here if you enjoy your sanity and you don’t like to constantly spray for roaches.

Thank you for your comments. It is through comments such as yours that we are able to better the service we provide. Please contact the office so we can discuss these issues immediately, obviously since you have lived here for two years and no... satisfactory solution has been found. Please keep in mind that walls and ceiling cracks are mostly a result of foundation shifts and not a run down unit. We do try to maintain the units to the best of our ability, unfortunately this is not a brand new property so some cosmetic issues will be found and dealt with. Concerning the roach problem that you mentioned, there is also a solution to that; again, we ask that you contact the office to discuss your options. If we do not know about it, we cannot fix it; keep in mind that roaches are attracted to the location where they find food. You may be the cleanest person in the world but if your neighbor is not, then you will see the problem as well. Again, thank you for letting us know of your concerns and hope to hear from you very soon to discuss your situation.
