Quality of residents has declined. A little more theft than when I moved in here a few years ago.
Leasing staff is new, overwhelmed and not as consciousness as the previous.
It is still a well kept property but not as comfortable as it used to be.

Galleria Oaks Apartments strikes a great balance between affordability and quality, especially given the prime location. The prices aren’t exactly cheap, but they’re fair and understandable considering the area. The community here is fantastic—friendly neighbors and a welcoming atmosphere make it feel like home. Plus, the apartments and surrounding spaces are well-maintained and clean, which is always a huge plus. If you’re looking for a place in a great... location with a strong sense of community, Galleria Oaks is definitely worth considering.

I’ve lived here for 2 years now and the leasing office staff is the best part of these apartments. They are always nice and greet me everytime they see me. The Maintenance Service calls have Always been On time. The location is great too! Everything is close by. I love it here!

I love the location and pretty much everything about these apartments except the outdated kitchen & bathrooms. Literally only thing that bothers me. Other than that… 4/5 for me!
