Disappointment in these apartment complex
The manager of these apartment complex is Ms. Mercy when ever she is in a bad mood she becomes very unprofessional. They wanna charge 20$ for you to reserve a parking spot you only get one if you have a one bedroom and if you have a second vehicle you need to find where you’re going to put it at and you get two spots if you have a two bedroom they also charge $40 if you want to park your vehicle under the sheet metal roof. Since this has taken over, it’s been a hassle trying to find parking on... this premises. Supposedly the cameras that they have on the property work but I don’t think so. I’ve already had incidents on this property dealing with my vehicle and the manager does not want to show you surveillance with or without a police report so for that that shows me that’s a little suspicious the dog park so they say dog park it’s only a 10 x 5 area of grass, which that is not no park if you ask me. We also have grown people that do not like to follow the pool rules. The computers that they have in the leasing office are only there for decoration it’s been two years one cannot use those computers. The gym key cost $50 and they only have one treadmill that’s working and the other one for decor/don’t work and dumbbells that somebody walked off with. The other equipment are working. They also have some maintenance men that work here. Some of them don’t know what the heck they’re doing and some do laundry room is always messy. They have a system that’s called CSC go which the machines are always failing and one has to call and put in the work order. they have pest control and it went up seven dollars and the thing is it’s not mandatory but I’m noticing there is becoming a roach problem so if you have neighbors that don’t request pest control then those roaches are going to be coming because of that which to me I think it’s ridiculous. They need to spray down the whole entire apartment complex with roach medicine. If they do that then none of these units would have that problem, but apparently they do. So there you go that’s my review on these apartment.
