How Is This Rating Determined?

Not worth Moving here

If anyone is looking to stay in the area of 45 and 1960, I do not recommend living at the Park North Apartments. They were bought out and are now called Life at Spring Estates. They have made many changes, but it is now costing the tenants more money. Water is $190, so they are charging $45 per person, whether it's a kid or adult living in the house, and then the usage of the water. So now added to to are bill $180 plus the usage of the water I have never heard of this from any apartments.... Parking is a mess. You have visitors and a whole bunch of reserved parking, so you are lucky if you find a spot near your apartment building that is not reserved or for visitors, or your vehicle will get towed. I only have a few more months of living here, and I will be happy when I leave. There are extra charges to our monthly bill. called to complain to the office, and she stated they are still working out the kinks. I DO NOT RECOMMEND PARK NORTH APARTMENTS.

It’s a very quiet apartment complex. Everyone seems to mind their own business. There is enough parking spaces. Outside area is well maintained by the staff.

The move in was very easy and simple. Personnel was great in completing paperwork. Would recommend this property if looking for a spot that's offers, peace of mind, clean, friendly, safe and home sweet home living!!
