You'll regret staying here
This place has been so many issues; communication, parking, gate, bugs, trash, and the unapologetic managers. There was a week when the laundry unit was out of service, and there was no notice for this. There has been continuous electric gate and keypad not working. There are horrible parking requirements, same visitor can only come see you 7x per month, and you cannot register a work vehicle, because they go by one vehicle per household on lease. There are indeed a lot of bugs inside and... outside of apartments. The outside area is trashed, and next-door tenants are not clean. The managers don't feel sympathy for you. You call about an issue, and they just acknowledge and hang up, and never update you again.
I mean for the price you pay, you also pay such unnecessary fees, and they don't do valet trash like my previous apartments.
