Roaches & Rats
If I could give negative stars I would. This is the worst apartment and management I have ever rented from. The place is absolute dumpster fire. Their dumpsters are overflowing with trash, Rat communities are living under the dumpsters. There is never parking because guests do not use guest parking. I have been dealing with roaches for over 6 months and they send the same company, and it never lasts more then a day or two before the pests are back. They are forcing residents to buy their $85... cable package that isn't close to comparable internet speeds of what I already have through the same company. They tack on amenities and fees to your monthly and obviously don't fix a thing besides curb appeal to attract new tenants. I've had water damage issues 3 times in 2 years. One time they said I was going to have to pay for the carpet since I pulled it out and threw it away. I waited 72 hours and called the emergency hotline over and over. I got no reply. I did the repair myself because mold was starting to grow, and my wife was pregnant at the time. The office assistants will take your number down, and never pass it on to management if you can actually get ahold of someone instead of their voicemail. Good luck look elsewhere

On a final note, we truly empathize with situation pertaining water damage repair costs you had incurred due personal initiative in dealing with mold growth — this should not have happened. It troubles us greatly knowing that it occurred during such an imperative time for your family.
