Horrible horrible
I'm not a complainer. I've lived in various cities and various living conditions and I've never gone on to leave reviews about places, but Maroneal is Horrible.
Horrible place. The gate surrounding the community has been broken for months now so anyone can get into the property/parking garage. Worse of all water has been shut off 3 times in the last 3 months with one time being close to 24hrs without water.
I'm editing my review because less than 1 week later, they have shut off the water again... . So that's a total of 4 times within the last 3 months.
Imagine getting home from a long day of work, hoping to relax and just live our life (work out, wash dishes, etc), and realize you can't do any of that. You have to constantly schedule your life around if the water will be out, which there is no warning when it will go out. In the time of COVID, this is a serious health risk living in this property.
If you like using bowls of water to brush your teeth and wash your face as if you're camping instead of living in a major metropolitan area, and not knowing if when you wake up the next morning if the water will be turned back on so that you can take a shower before going to work, then this is the ideal place for you to live.
Property manager also told me she would speak to the regional manager and get back to me, but she never did.
