Maintenance sucks
I’ve been requesting for maintenance for the past 2 month. Have even visited all the staffs more than once for the same maintenance. The maintainance on my apartment was urgent but I’ve submitted the same work order twice and visited office more than 10 times for the same work order. Staffs at Avalon villas should really learn to do their job. I believe if the work order is created it means something but even after 2 work order and 10 visits at the office all I get is “I’ll send worker if... possible. I can’t assure to fix you today.” And if I ask about tomorrow they start “ We have a lot of pending work order and lack of staffs.” I have no idea if I am supposed to see that as a solution.
