This place is a dump. The goofy timing and separate billing of rent and utilities is confusing and is not made clear in the lease. Please do not even consider moving here.

The community is old but expensive and the units are in poor condition. Lack of modern amenities and of course it’s hard to find professionalism.

Management is not friendly and not helpful. Earlier Management was so good and they helped very quickly and politely.
