Absolutely love living here. The pool areas are beautiful and well maintained. Great gym as well.
The management keeps on top of everything. Any problem is solved in a timely manner and all front office staff are so approachable. Theresa, Michelle and Barbara are all amazing. Same goes for the maintenance staff. Nothing is ever a problem! (Our last apartment had management that never got back to you, the pool, gym and common areas were never taken care of properly and were closed half the time)... Parkside was such a nice change!! Location is great too. Walking to Kroger and Wiilowfork park.

Parkside is a wonderful place to live! I've lived here for a few years now, and it is by far the best apartment complex I've lived at. The front office and maintenance people are very helpful and friendly. The apartments themselves are nice and well kept. It's a quiet complex with good insulation. I hardly ever hear my neighbors or traffic. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for an apartment!

I give Parkside 5 stars!! Let me just say this is the perfect place for me! The Location is awesome, with so many great amenities! Super close to stores nearby as well! I fell in love with Parkside!! They also love your fur babies!! Can’t wait to bring my fur baby to the Dog parks once he reunites with me! Parkside made my application process so smooth! I moved from New York City to Houston Texas and this was the very first apartment that I viewed. I instantly fell in love, the leasing office was extremely friendly and attentive. All of my questions were answered, applying for the apartment was easy and with a fast response. I have been living here close to a year, and I must say I am honestly in my dream apartment. The leasing office and the maintenance crew do a wonderful job, keeping the apartment complex safe, clean, peaceful, and... beautiful.
