Recently suffered a debilitating injury and will be on crutches for several months. A neighbor in the building noticed the change in my situation and offered to take care of my trash bags for me. What a great neighbor and what a great community!

I really would like to stay brief, but the front office personnel are amazing. They work with you, and make sure your concerns are resolved. Maintenance is efficient and comes as soon as possible and as much as you need them! Apartment community is quiet, not loud, not much happens when it comes to incidents for the most part.

Safety concerns.
The Dorel does not prioritize safety for residents.
Gates breaks every other month.
Packages are stolen from your doorstep.
There was literally email the other day about a bicycle getting stolen.
Also, emails about cars getting broken into and they are letting residents know they can’t do anything about it.
