I’ve lived at Marina Bend at Clear Creek for some time, and while it is an affordable option, the living experience needs improvement. Noise is a major issue, with inconsiderate neighbors above and next door making excessive noise at all hours. Better insulation or enforcing quiet hours would help.

The lack of amenities is disappointing, with little effort put into enhancing resident spaces. Maintenance is another concern—service requests take too long, and repairs often seem poorly done due to... a lack of knowledge or training. A more skilled and responsive team would improve resident satisfaction.

Instead of prioritizing actual improvements, management seems more focused on making the leasing office look high-end. I have absolutely loved these apartments. From the staff to the friendly neighbors, I have experienced no issues thus far. The area is convenient. The place is always kept nice and clean. I recommend these! I lived in the first floor and even with living next to the entrance of the building I didn't have issues with noises from those coming in and out. Overall, the apartments are built well for noise control, which is a plus for me.

Not enough parking, "clubhouse"/"business center" not accessible outside of leasing office hours. Overall OK place.
