Property management is horrible. Garage always overflowing. Gym equipment needs to be fixed. Overall too high priced.

Only good thing is units are beautiful and spacious. Conveniently located.

Residents are loud. dog poop everywhere. Spanish music blasting every other week with people screaming into megaphones. Dont bother calling cops because they wont do anything either. Car has also been vandalized by kids. hate this place

Maintenance service is never done upon first request. Multiple service requests has to be submitted. Entry request such as "contact before coming in" was never done upon requests.
