Decent community, terrible neighbors

I chose to live here because it was the only place in my price range that would allow my rottweiler. The community is well-kept and although the units are fairly old, it is possible to create a comfortable and lovely home within one. My only complaint would be the neighbors. As this is one of the only places that allow "bully" breeds of dog, there are quite a few irresponsible people living here. The pool is overrun with children and the basketball court gets littered with the trash left... behind by the teens. Otherwise, it's not a bad place.
