COMPLETE NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Parkridge Place Apartments is by far the WORST apartment complex EVER!!!! They completely REFUSED to fix any and all maintenance requests until I called the corporate office in San Antonio. Only then would they address maintenance requests, including replacing our breaker box, even though the owner from Lubbock Appliance informed them that we needed a new breaker box. It took about 3 months, with me dragging my laundry to a laundry mat and wasting $25 a weekend to do our laundry, even though I... have a washer and dryer. My dryer wouldn’t work because I needed a new breaker box. My next-door neighbor told me that they wouldn’t fix anything unless you called the corporate office in San Antonio, and she was right. And no, they do NOT have a laundry mat on the property.
After we turned in our move-out notice, they completely refused to fix anything. They have an extremely high turnover of management and office staff, so no one knows what’s going on. They do NOT care about their tenants!!! They intentionally canceled a LOT of our maintenance requests and every single maintenance request after we turned in our move-out notice in December, even though we didn’t move out until April.
They constantly overcharged us for our water bill because they completely refused to fix water leaks. They canceled those maintenance requests as well. Now, they’re trying to charge me $951 because they completely REFUSED to give us time to clean our apartment after we moved out. They threatened to evict us and have us thrown in jail if we didn’t turn in our keys, after just 1 ½ days of moving. We BARELY got all of our stuff moved out. We had absolutely NO TIME AT ALL to clean anything or they were going to throw us in jail!!!! And now they have put a debt of $951 from a debt collector on my credit report. They are compulsive liars and they’re delusional!!!! If they have any pictures or “proof”, it’s probably not the apartment that we lived. They never had a clue what was going on there. We weren’t even given a form to fill out about the condition of the apartment when we moved in, which I have proof of via an email that I sent to one of the many, many, many people who worked there in the office. I also have proof of our outrageous water bill, which went from $35 a month to $90 a month. As well as screenshots of every single maintenance request that they intentionally canceled. I NEVER canceled ANY of our maintenance requests!
